Experience delivering complex, multi-team software programs on time and at quality
Strong technical background with ability to dive deep into architecture, system design, and code reviews
Preferowane Kwalifikacje
Track record of building team workflows around LLMs, AI agents, or AI-assisted development tools – demonstrated through measurable improvements in team delivery speed, quality, or output volume.
Experience coaching others on AI-effective practices and raising a team’s collective AI fluency.
