Data Analyst
Collaborating with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into meaningful data solutions.
Designing, developing, and maintaining reports, dashboards and data products using using Power BI, SQL, and Azure data services.
Ensuring that data products are accurate, reliable, and aligned with business objectives.
Acting independently to prioritize tasks, propose solutions, and drive improvements.
Communicating insights and recommendations clearly to stakeholders, making data actionable.
Supporting data governance by ensuring quality, consistency, and security of data.
Qualifications likely required to be successful in this role include:
Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics or a related field.
Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in financial services
Understanding of one or more business domains such as credit, risk, collections, asset financing, or portfolio management is preferred.
Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and Power BI.
Ability to translate business needs into data models, KPIs, and actionable insights
Experience with data quality management, including identifying and resolving data issues
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
Knowledge of data lake engineering, ETL processes, and Databricks is a plus.
Solid understanding of statistical techniques and data modeling is advantageous
Excellent communication skills and English proficiency at C1 level, with experience working across business and IT stakeholders
