Data Analyst

• Collaborating with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into meaningful data solutions.

• Designing, developing, and maintaining reports, dashboards and data products using using Power BI, SQL, and Azure data services.

• Ensuring that data products are accurate, reliable, and aligned with business objectives.

• Acting independently to prioritize tasks, propose solutions, and drive improvements.

• Communicating insights and recommendations clearly to stakeholders, making data actionable.

• Supporting data governance by ensuring quality, consistency, and security of data.

Qualifications likely required to be successful in this role include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in financial services

• Understanding of one or more business domains such as credit, risk, collections, asset financing, or portfolio management is preferred.

• Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and Power BI.

• Ability to translate business needs into data models, KPIs, and actionable insights

• Experience with data quality management, including identifying and resolving data issues

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

• Knowledge of data lake engineering, ETL processes, and Databricks is a plus.

• Solid understanding of statistical techniques and data modeling is advantageous

• Excellent communication skills and English proficiency at C1 level, with experience working across business and IT stakeholders
