Senior DevOps Engineer

Description

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer with Salesforce experience to support the deployment, configuration, automation, and ongoing maintenance of Salesforce and related cloud/integration environments. The role will focus on CI/CD, infrastructure automation, environment management, security integration, and supporting reliable delivery across the Salesforce ecosystem. Responsibilities Develop, test, and maintain automation using Terraform, Python, and scripting technologies to support environment and service deployments Own and maintain CI/CD pipelines in collaboration with development and QA teams to ensure an efficient and reliable SDLC Support Salesforce deployments and integrations, including environment configuration, release management, and deployment automation Maintain development, test, and production environments and their integrations with other services Integrate deployment pipelines with security, code quality, and compliance tools Collaborate with developers, architects, product managers, QA, and other stakeholders to define technical requirements and delivery approaches Troubleshoot deployment, integration, infrastructure, and application issues and drive them through to resolution Participate in code and configuration reviews to ensure adherence to DevOps and engineering best practices Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and increased deployment efficiency Requirements 5+ years of experience with Salesforce environments and deployment processes Expertise in CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation, including GitHub Actions or similar tools Proficiency in Terraform and Infrastructure as Code Practical experience in Python scripting and development Familiarity with Git-based source control and branching strategies Understanding of cloud security concepts, including IAM, policies, roles, SSO, and access management Experience integrating security, code analysis, and compliance tools into delivery pipelines English proficiency at B2 level or higher

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with Salesforce environments and deployment processes

• Expertise in CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation, including GitHub Actions or similar tools

• Proficiency in Terraform and Infrastructure as Code

• Practical experience in Python scripting and development

• Familiarity with Git-based source control and branching strategies

• Understanding of cloud security concepts, including IAM, policies, roles, SSO, and access management

• Experience integrating security, code analysis, and compliance tools into delivery pipelines

• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
