Senior DevOps Engineer with Azure

Description

We are seeking a passionate Senior DevOps Engineer to join a team dedicated to delivering cutting-edge solutions that drive innovation and efficiency, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and creative problem-solving to support a mission-critical financial services application. Please note that this role requires working in a hybrid mode from the office in Wroclaw 3 times a week. Responsibilities Develop and maintain IaC for the Azure cloud platform, including AKS, NSGs, DBs, VMs, etc Modernize and optimize infrastructure using best practices and emerging technologies Evaluate and integrate tools to streamline processes and improve scalability Engineer and implement scalable, reliable and secure solutions (mostly from scratch) to solve day-to-day problems and challenges Collaborate closely with developers, QA and other product teams to identify bottlenecks and enhance engineering workflows Support and evolve the engineering spirit Maintain comprehensive documentation and contribute to knowledge-sharing activities Requirements 3+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps with a previous technical background Background in Linux systems and administration, shell scripting Expertise in Azure Cloud, including Azure CLI, ARM/Bicep templates Expertise in IaC tools such as Ansible Expertise in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines with GitLab Proficiency in containerization and orchestration technologies, including Docker and K8S Skills in scripting and programming languages such as Python, Bash, Kotlin, PowerShell Familiarity with monitoring tools, including Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Understanding of security best practices Strong communication, problem-solving, troubleshooting and adaptability skills English proficiency at B2 level or higher Nice to have AZ-900 certification Knowledge of Terraform

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps with a previous technical background

• Background in Linux systems and administration, shell scripting

• Expertise in Azure Cloud, including Azure CLI, ARM/Bicep templates

• Expertise in IaC tools such as Ansible

• Expertise in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines with GitLab

• Proficiency in containerization and orchestration technologies, including Docker and K8S

• Skills in scripting and programming languages such as Python, Bash, Kotlin, PowerShell

• Familiarity with monitoring tools, including Prometheus, Grafana, ELK

• Understanding of security best practices

• Strong communication, problem-solving, troubleshooting and adaptability skills

• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
