Description
We are currently supporting our client, an international SSC organization in the search for an experienced Senior Entity Controller. This role is a great opportunity for a senior finance professional who wants to combine financial reporting, controlling, and compliance responsibilities with real business impact and close collaboration with global stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Take full ownership of assigned legal entities (entity ownership), ensuring high-quality financial reporting and compliance Prepare statutory and group financial statements in line with IFRS and local regulations Lead and coordinate the month-end close process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Perform financial analysis, including variance analysis, and provide meaningful business insights Manage relationships with external auditors and ensure readiness for audits and compliance requirements Act as a key point of contact for accounting guidance and interpretation of group policies Drive process improvements and support finance optimization initiatives Collaborate closely with SSC teams and global finance stakeholders About 5–7 years of experience in controlling, accounting, or roles such as Finance Manager or FP&A Analyst Strong knowledge of IFRS and proven experience in statutory reporting Experience in an international environment Ability to work independently and take ownership of complex financial topics Experience in dealing with audits and compliance matters Prior exposure to SSC/CoE structures is a strong advantage Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems Strong communication skills and ability to influence business stakeholders Offer Independent role with a high level of ownership and autonomy Real impact on financial reporting quality and business decision-making Opportunity to work in a global, collaborative environment Participation in finance transformation and continuous improvement initiatives Competitive compensation and benefits package
