The opportunity The Senior Executive Assistant with English is essential in providing high-level administrative and operational support to senior leadership, ensuring seamless business operations and fostering efficient client engagement. This hybrid role emphasizes the importance of delivering comprehensive administrative and facilities support to both internal and external clients while promoting effective collaboration with colleagues. We are looking for a self-motivated and driven administrative professional who demonstrates a strong sense of ownership and accountability in their work. Further, possessing a mature understanding of business dynamics, enabling them to work independently while also contributing positively to team objectives. This position requires a commitment to in-person presence at least four days a week, reflecting our dedication to maintaining strong interpersonal connections within the team and with our clients.

Skills and attributes for success
English level B2/C1
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Forms).
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Proven experience supporting senior leadership in a corporate setting.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
Your key responsibilities
Organize client visits, events, and group activities, ensuring smooth execution through effective project management.
Act as a primary contact for senior leadership, delivering prompt and reliable support.
Provide high-level customer service and coordinate internal and external requests.
Foster relationships with internal teams and clients to facilitate collaboration and drive strategic initiatives.
Deliver clear, professional communication tailored to various stakeholders.
Ensure adherence to internal processes, policies, and business goals.
Maintain office logistics, including supply orders and communication platforms.
Manage travel arrangements, calendars, expense reports, and meetings.
