Senior/Expert IT Developer with Java Location: Poland Contract type: B2B (with Hays Poland) Length: first contract for 6 months Start date: ASAP/1 month Rate: 130 – 168 pln/h (net+vat) depending on seniority General information: Project connected to Banking industry Tasks: Designing, developing, testing, deploying and supporting Java-based microservices and integration components What we expect from you: Strong Java backend development experience from large-scale enterprise environments, min. 5 years for Senior, 10 years for Expert Spring Boot and Spring Integration experience Experience with SQL and relational databases, preferably Oracle Experience with Messaging and event-driven integration, preferably IBM MQ and Kafka Experience with REST services, microservices and integration patterns Practical knowledge with: Maven, Git and CI/CD pipelines Experience with Automated testing with JUnit and Test containers Ability to analyze requirements, system flows, logs, data flows and production issues Proficiency in English at B2+ level Nice to have:Higher Education in fields of computer science, mathematics or similarExperience in banking, trading, cloud-ready application designExperience modernizing integration custody, settlement, corporate actions or another regulated domainExperience with containerization and layers around vendor platforms or legacy systemsPractical experience with test automation, static code analysis and AI-assisted development toolsExperience with writing applications connecting to Kafka Higher Education in fields of computer science, mathematics or similar Experience in banking, trading, cloud-ready application design Experience modernizing integration custody, settlement, corporate actions or another regulated domain Experience with containerization and layers around vendor platforms or legacy systems Practical experience with test automation, static code analysis and AI-assisted development tools Experience with writing applications connecting to Kafka What will the recruitment process look like: Your CV will be verified by Hays Recruiter Recruiter will contact you by phone - a 15-minute conversation about the project and your experience Technical conversation with the client (max 2 stages) Offer Welcome to the project!
