Minimum compensation: starting from 170,000 PLN. The final offer will be determined based on the candidate's experience and competencies.
Mid
Own incident resolution end to end for the systems and processes you support, including flexible support around business-critical deadlines (for example period-end close, payment runs or reconciliation cut-offs).
Write SQL independently to investigate data issues, and support both internal and external reporting requirements.
Manage selected BAU operational deliverables through the full project lifecycle — requirement capture, solution design, roll-out and user sign-off.
Lead system testing for changes, coordinating business users through UAT.
Work with Finance Systems, IT and vendors to resolve data and integration issues, understanding system and process interdependencies.
Maintain day-to-day relationships with vendor support teams, raising and tracking support tickets.
3 - 5 years' relevant experience, translating business requirements into system design and configuration independently.
Sound understanding of the finance processes relevant to your specialism (for example reconciliation and trade lifecycle, GL and AP processing, or consolidation and reporting cycles).
Hands-on configuration experience with a relevant finance system from a functional and support perspective.
A track record of leading UAT and delivering changes through implementation, with confident business-user and vendor engagement.
Power BI or another business intelligence tool (Tableau, Qlik, Cognos), with understanding of DAX, M language or data modelling concepts.
Data analysis skills, or scripting/programming knowledge (Python, PowerShell, VBA) for automation and data manipulation.
Junior
Monitor system performance and data loads across your assigned finance systems, investigating anomalies and escalating where needed.
Act as a first point of contact for Finance and Operations teams, logging and progressing incidents through the ticketing system within agreed service levels.
Run defined SQL queries to validate data integrity and investigate discrepancies, under guidance.
Support the delivery of data inputs from source systems, vendors and integration platforms, checking they meet required data quality standards.
Maintain process documentation and user guides, and provide day-to-day user support and basic training.
Support system testing for changes, including preparing test cases and recording results.
Flexibility to provide support outside standard hours when business-critical situations require immediate attention.
University degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, Mathematics or a similar field.
1 - 3 years' experience in finance systems support, IT helpdesk or finance operations, with proven ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail under pressure.
SQL querying skills, with ability to read, understand and write basic queries for data validation and investigation, plus Microsoft Excel at intermediate to advanced level.
Experience with finance systems administration or support (for example general ledger, AP/expense tools, treasury or reconciliation platforms, consolidation platforms, or FP&A tools).
Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, JIRA or similar) and understanding of incident management processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability with a methodical troubleshooting approach, and excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to translate business requirements into systems solutions.
Customer service mindset with ability to work both independently and collaboratively, and flexibility to provide support outside standard hours when business-critical situations require it.
Hands-on experience with one or more finance systems platforms (for example Infor SunSystems, HFM, Essbase, SAP Concur or equivalent).
ITIL Foundation certification or process improvement knowledge (Lean, Six Sigma basics).
Senior
Act as the senior functional and data expert for your assigned finance systems - the go-to for the most complex investigations - and the bridge between Finance, the Finance Systems Manager and vendors.
Set support standards, service levels and ways of working for the analyst group, and own the quality of BAU support and data investigation.
Provide functional input to the enhancement roadmap and to change and upgrade projects, leading the support and testing workstreams within them.
Ensure the financial controls relevant to your systems (for example client-money and regulatory reconciliation controls, payment controls and segregation of duties, or consolidation and data governance controls) are consistently applied, escalating control risks promptly.
Advise on vendor upgrade and improvement opportunities, and represent the support function in vendor governance conversations.
Develop the capability of the analyst team through mentoring, coaching and knowledge-sharing, and drive process and service improvements across the support function.
5+ years' experience with deep functional and data expertise across your finance systems specialism.
Strong grasp of the financial controls relevant to your systems in a financial services context.
A track record of setting support standards and leading support and testing workstreams on change and upgrade projects.
Ability to influence senior stakeholders and to mentor and develop an analyst team.
Experience of regulated financial services and the control frameworks that come with it (client-money/CASS-type controls, segregation of duties, or data governance, as relevant to your systems).
A relevant treasury, accounting or finance qualification (part-qualified or qualified).
