Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in audit (most welcomed BIG4) or financial reporting

  • Strong knowledge of IFRS; knowledge of local GAAP is an advantage.

  • Experience with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.

  • Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) is an advantage.

  • Experience working in a shared services (SSC/BPO) or international environment is preferred.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

  • Continuous improvement mindset and willingness to optimize financial processes.

  • Occasional travel may be required (approximately 5–10%), mainly for workshops, or key meetings

  • English at B2/C1 level or higher (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

  • Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in line with internal policies and external reporting requirements.

  • Supporting the preparation of statutory and group financial statements.

  • Ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial reporting.

  • Analyzing financial data, identifying variances, and providing insights to support business decisions.

  • Preparing balance sheet reconciliations and resolving discrepancies.

  • Supporting month-end and year-end closing activities.

  • Cooperating with internal and external auditors by providing required documentation and explanations.

  • Ensuring compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and company policies.

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Accounting, Controlling, Tax, and Finance.

  • Participating in process improvement initiatives to enhance reporting efficiency and quality.

  • Supporting the implementation of new financial reporting tools, systems, or regulatory requirements.

  • Mentoring junior team members and sharing knowledge and best practices when needed.
