Senior Manual Tester – Banking Industry Location:Gdynia, Poland (2–3 days per week in the office) Drive and support quality assurance activities across the delivery team, ensuring compliance with established QA standards and best practices. Analyze requirements and design comprehensive test cases and test scenarios. Plan, execute, and document manual testing activities. Identify, report, track, and verify defects throughout the software development lifecycle. Evaluate test results and provide recommendations to improve product quality. Collaborate closely with Automation Testers to ensure optimal test coverage and efficient regression testing. Work proactively with Scrum teams to maintain high delivery quality and support continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements Must-Have Experience & Skills 3+ years of professional experience in Quality Assurance, preferably within Agile environments. Proven experience in defining, executing, and reporting tests for complex software systems. Strong background in web and mobile application testing. Hands-on experience with cloud-based testing platforms such as BrowserStack or similar solutions. Experience in system testing of modern web and mobile user interfaces. Practical experience with API testing using tools such as Postman and Swagger. Familiarity with test management tools (qTest or similar). Strong working knowledge of Jira and Confluence. ISTQB certification. Ability to lead and support QA activities within cross-functional teams. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Experience working in international environments. Fast learner with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools, technologies, and processes. Comfortable working independently as an individual contributor. Nice to Have Experience with test automation. Knowledge of the PEGA platform. Familiarity with AI-powered tools and solutions.
