5+ years of experience working cross functionally
Strong analytical skills, including Excel or SQL querying.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Polish and English, with the ability to simplify complex topics for broad audiences
Exceptional ability to influence, negotiate with, and persuade others is required. Must be flexible and demonstrate strong judgment, build a course of action, analyze trade-offs, and make recommendations in ambiguous situations.
Relentless drive for results in fast-paced environment
Demonstrated ability to challenge the status-quo and champion best-in-class solutions
Preferowane Kwalifikacje
5+ years of experience in program or project management
Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
