As part of the Engineering Eastern Europe Cluster, we are seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer to join our team in the Czech Republic. In this key role, you will lead the execution of complex engineering projects from concept development through installation, commissioning, and final customer acceptance. Working closely with clients, suppliers, and cross-functional teams, you will ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Your profile and qualifications
Higher technical education – preferred in Process engineering, mechanical engineering
3–5+ years of engineering experience in an industrial environment
Proven experience managing technical projects from concept through commissioning
Knowledge of design processes, risk analysis, HSE, budgeting, scheduling, and KPI reporting
Experience coordinating external contractors and multidisciplinary teams
Ability to read and prepare technical documentation
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Good understanding of industrial health and safety requirements
Native Czech and Fluent English
Your responsibilities and tasks
Manage project implementation from design through commissioning, including schematics, equipment sizing, piping and process systems, equipment lists, and coordination with clients and subcontractors
Support sales activities by preparing quotations, selecting equipment, and developing project documentation
Ensure compliance with safety standards, project schedules, and budgets
Supervise installation and commissioning, resolve technical issues, and prepare technical documentation and instructions
Lead customer acceptance processes and ensure successful project handover
