For our client, a global professional services and insurance solutions organization undergoing a large-scale international technology transformation, we are currently looking for Candidates for the position of: Senior Project Manager Work mode: Remote from Poland (working hours aligned with the UK/Ireland time zone)Compensation: up to 250 PLN/h netContract type: B2B Start Date: ASAPProject: 6-month contract with a strong possibility of extensionLanguage: English - C1 Project & Role Overview: You will join one of the client's most strategic and high-profile transformation programs, focused on the international rollout of a centralized insurance placement platform. The solution streamlines and consolidates the entire insurance placement lifecycle within a single system, from submission through policy binding. We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Project Manager who can independently drive delivery activities, coordinate international deployment workstreams, and maintain strong stakeholder alignment across business and technology teams. Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project plans for country deployments and business workstreams Coordinate delivery activities across business leads, product owners, product managers, scrum masters, and technical teams Manage project schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, assumptions, issues, decisions, and action logs Support discovery, planning, requirements alignment, testing, deployment readiness, launch, and post-launch activities Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure completion of readiness activities Prepare and deliver regular project status reports and communicate project progress, risks, blockers, and escalations Collaborate closely with technical teams to understand delivery timelines, dependencies, releases, and implementation constraints Support identification of country-specific operational, regulatory, and compliance considerations Maintain comprehensive project documentation and ensure visibility of key decisions and next steps Work effectively within globally distributed teams across multiple time zones Key Requirements: 6–10 years of Project Management experience within technology delivery, software implementation, or product delivery environments Proven experience managing complex projects independently with limited day-to-day supervision Strong knowledge of project management disciplines, including planning, governance, RAID management, stakeholder communication, and status reporting Experience working in Agile, hybrid Agile/Waterfall, or product-oriented delivery environments Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities Experience identifying cross-team dependencies and proactively managing risks and blockers Ability to thrive in evolving environments where processes and governance are continuously improving Fluent English (C1) Nice to have: Experience within the insurance industry Understanding of insurance placement lifecycle processes Exposure to Property, Casualty, Cyber, D&O, or Middle Market insurance products Experience supporting international or multi-country technology deployments Previous collaboration with EMEA-based stakeholders and teams Knowledge of product management practices, software development lifecycle, and Agile ceremonies Experience supporting change management, stakeholder readiness, or user adoption activitiesPractical experience in UAT coordination and business readiness activities What We Offer: A quick recruitment process Standard benefits including preferential rates for LuxMed, Multisport, and life insurance packages The chance for long-term cooperation on projects for top players in numerous sectors Opportunities for future assignments with other leading clients through Hays What will the recruitment process look like: Your CV will be verified by a Hays Recruiter The recruiter will contact you by phone – a 15-minute conversation about the project and your experience Meeting with the client: 2-3 stages Offer Welcome to the project!
