Senior SAP FICO Consultant

Description

We are seeking a Senior SAP FICO Consultant to join our team and drive finance transformation initiatives across global projects. In this role, you will leverage your extensive SAP experience to design, configure, and implement financial solutions that align with business objectives, while providing expert guidance to onshore and offshore teams Responsibilities Communicate with key business users to gather relevant requirements Analyze business requirements to envision solution design in advance Participate in business workshops and perform Fit-to-Standard analysis Configure and customize functionality in compliance with customer business and industry specifics Prepare project documentation, including training and education materials for business application users Troubleshoot and support SAP solutions Requirements 3+ years of SAP FICO experience, including multiple full lifecycle implementations (at least 2) Expertise in finance integration with core upstream modules such as SD, MM, and WM Familiarity with Payroll integration within finance processes Knowledge of financial accounting and controlling configuration, including bank accounting, cash management, and asset management Familiarity with project systems and project accounting configuration Capability to execute and facilitate workshops, leading onshore and offshore teams Skills in client-facing consulting with excellent communication abilities Passion for finance transformation and benefit delivery Desire to contribute to the finance team and SAP practice strategy Flexibility to travel English level of B2+ Nice to have Qualifications in recognized accountancy

Requirements

• 3+ years of SAP FICO experience, including multiple full lifecycle implementations (at least 2)

• Expertise in finance integration with core upstream modules such as SD, MM, and WM

• Familiarity with Payroll integration within finance processes

• Knowledge of financial accounting and controlling configuration, including bank accounting, cash management, and asset management

• Familiarity with project systems and project accounting configuration
