Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant

Description

We are seeking a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to drive implementation, testing, and data migration across SAP SuccessFactors initiatives. You will partner with senior consultants, project managers, and business stakeholders to configure solutions, validate data, and ensure high-quality deliveries. Responsibilities Support implementation of SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll, and WorkForce TimeManagement Contribute to configuration support activities across all project phases Execute testing activities and track defects to maintain solution quality Perform data migration, data validation, and data quality activities Provide post-go-live support and drive issue resolution Collaborate with senior consultants, project managers, and business stakeholders to deliver solutions Analyze HR business processes and employee lifecycle management requirements Communicate with stakeholders to collect requirements and share progress updates Coordinate within a collaborative team environment to achieve project goals Requirements Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline Professional experience of 3+ years with SAP SuccessFactors Hands-on experience supporting SAP SuccessFactors implementation or support projects Solid understanding of HR business processes and employee lifecycle management Proven track record with testing activities and defect management Practical exposure to data migration, data validation, or data quality activities Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Good communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment English proficiency at B2 level (Upper-Intermediate) or higher Nice to have Experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Workforce Time Management (WFT), Employee Central (EC), and Employee Central Payroll (ECP) SAP SuccessFactors certification(s) Experience with data migration tools and Microsoft Excel Familiarity with integration and reporting concepts Experience working in Agile project environments

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline

• Professional experience of 3+ years with SAP SuccessFactors

• Hands-on experience supporting SAP SuccessFactors implementation or support projects

• Solid understanding of HR business processes and employee lifecycle management

• Proven track record with testing activities and defect management

• Practical exposure to data migration, data validation, or data quality activities

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Good communication and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment

• English proficiency at B2 level (Upper-Intermediate) or higher
