The client is a technology and financial services group operating financial market infrastructure This position requires a highly experienced Test Manager who has successfully delivered similar large-scale and complex transformation projects. We work in an Agile/SAFe environment, with globally distributed teams located in Switzerland, Poland, and India. Key Responsibilities 1. Test Strategy Definition 2. Test Execution Management 3. Stakeholder Management 4. Team Leadership 5. Quality Assurance Governance 6. Documentation & Reporting- Produce and maintain comprehensive testing documentation, including: test plans, test cases, test reports. Qualifications
Responsibilities
As a Senior Test Manager, you will play a key role throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring the highest quality standards for software delivery. You will be responsible for defining and implementing a comprehensive testing strategy, coordinating all testing phases, monitoring progress, reporting status to senior project management, and enabling effective collaboration across all stakeholders.
