This is the right job for you if:
You have 3–5 years of experience in product marketing, business analysis, strategy, or value proposition design (experience in fintech or e-commerce is a strong plus, but we value a quick-learning mindset above all).
You possess strong analytical skills – you can look at data and see the story behind it.
You have a strategic "big picture" perspective while maintaining attention to the details that matter to customers.
You are a natural communicator who can convince stakeholders of your ideas through logic and empathy for the user.
You are fluent in English (min. C1) – you will be operating in an international business landscape.
Your main responsibilities:
Shaping the Value Proposition: Developing and managing the core value propositions for our payment products across geographics where Allegro operates.
Market & Competitor Analysis: Deep-diving into market trends, customer behaviors, and fintech innovations to ensure Allegro remains the top choice for payments.
Product Strategy: Collaborating with Product Managers to align our features with what users truly need and value.
Data-Driven Insights: Using qualitative and quantitative data to validate your hypotheses and optimize the "why" behind our services.
Communication Design: Ensuring that the benefits of our solutions are clear, consistent, and impactful across all touchpoints.
