Your profile and qualifications
Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
3–7+ years’ experience in Product Management and Service business.
Strong understanding of service business models.
Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management.
Strategic leadership role with high business impact
Exposure to senior leadership

Your responsibilities and tasks
Define and execute the service product strategy incl. roadmap
Develop innovative service offerings.
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings.
Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Operations, and R&D.
Drive strategies, business cases, and profitability analysis.
Support go-to-market activities such as launches and training.
Monitor KPIs and improve service performance and customer satisfaction.
