As a Service Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, safety, and performance of industrial refrigeration systems. This is a hands‑on, customer‑facing role where your technical expertise directly contributes to operational excellence, energy efficiency, and long‑term customer success.

Your profile and qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical discipline.
Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience, ideally as a Service Engineer.
Strong hands-on experience in commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair activities.
Prior experience in handling and operating compressors or fast‑rotating equipment is required.
High attention to detail, strong sense of responsibility, and commitment to quality and safety.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with SAP / Axapta / CRM systems.
Good working proficiency in spoken and written English and Filipino.
Strong customer focus with an empathetic, service-oriented mindset.
Patient, dependable, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
Strong safety awareness and high ethical standards.
Technically inclined with solid problem-solving abilities and commercial awareness.
Willing and able to travel frequently and work off-hours as required.
Your responsibilities and tasks
Execute on-site service activities including maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, installation supervision, and commissioning of refrigeration systems.
Complete assigned jobs with high quality, safety compliance, and within agreed timelines.
Provide installation and commissioning support, ensuring systems operate efficiently and reliably.
Prepare Hazard and Risk Assessments and ensure strict adherence to customer and company SOPs.
Conduct site inspections and audits related to safety, process performance, reliability, and energy efficiency.
Identify improvement opportunities and execute system modifications and upgrades, such as:Control system upgradesInstallation of VSDsHeat exchanger integrationCapacity expansions and optimization
Control system upgrades
Installation of VSDs
Heat exchanger integration
Capacity expansions and optimization
Collaborate with factory-level 2nd line support teams for advanced troubleshooting and commissioning solutions.
Perform on-site troubleshooting with remote technical support when required.
Prepare accurate and comprehensive service reports in a timely manner.
Deliver customer training on equipment operation and basic maintenance practices.
Actively promote the company’s products, services, and upgrade solutions during customer engagements.
Support Service Sales by providing technical clarifications and spare parts recommendations (e.g. compressors, pumps, air coolers, condensers, valves).
Contribute positively to individual, service, and country performance targets.
Collaborate with the Sales team on equipment audits at customer sites to identify and generate new business opportunities.
Perform other related tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.
