Your profile and qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent preferred.
5 years’ in Service Sales or Equipment Sales Experience.
Sales context understanding and CRM system use as management experience.
High professional ethical standards and diverse workplace management experience.
Experience in NPE technologies knowledge by exposition or exposure.
Proven experience leading strategy implementation and long-term negotiation with stakeholders.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and in the official language of the role-based country if apply.
Ability to engage effectively across diverse levels, functions, cultures, and business contexts.
Integrity, credibility and a strong commitment to company’s mission.

Your responsibilities and tasks
Develop service sales strategy and ensure a unified approach to customers within alignment and Service Director alignment.
Achieves sales growth and expands market reach and coverage, finding opportunities for upgrades, customized service projects, service level agreements and repairs.
Determines and implements the go-to-market strategy, defines sales channels according to country requirements and resource availability.
Sets and tracks sales targets, KPIs, performance for service sales team.
Ensuring customer satisfaction through high quality service levels and execution.
Operate in partnership with new machines sales team to identify opportunities to maximize revenue and improve overall customer experience.
