As electrical motion plays a critical role across industries, infrastructure, transportation and the global energy transition, our people and technology help keep the world moving while saving energy every day.The work model for this role is: #LI-HybridJoin our expert team as a Service Sales Specialist and play a key role in driving business growth by developing customer relationships and providing service solutions for frequency converters and electric motors.You will be mainly accountable for:Acquire new customers and develop long-term relationships with existing business partners, with a focus on maintenance and service solutions for frequency converters and electric motors.Identify business opportunities and key customers, creating sales plans based on market potential and ABB’s service and product portfolio.Promote and sell ABB services and solutions, prepare commercial offers, and lead negotiations with customers.Collaborate with technical teams to develop and propose customized service solutions that meet customer needs.Support marketing and promotional activities aimed at increasing awareness of ABB’s service portfolio, including digital and remote service offerings.Monitor market trends and technological developments, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance products and service solutions.Maintain and verify the installed base at customer sites to identify future service opportunities.Deliver professional commercial and technical presentations to customers and stakeholders.Qualifications for the roleUniversity degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or a related technical field.Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar sales or business development role.Experience in the sale of services or solutions within automation, electrical engineering, electronics or industrial technology is highly desirable.Previous B2B sales experience will be considered an advantage.Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer-focused mindset and the ability to build lasting business relationships.Good command of English and fluent Polish, enabling effective communication in both local and international environments.Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and perform effectively under time pressure. Qualifications for the role
University degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or a related technical field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar sales or business development role.
Experience in the sale of services or solutions within automation, electrical engineering, electronics or industrial technology is highly desirable.
Previous B2B sales experience will be considered an advantage.
Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer-focused mindset and the ability to build lasting business relationships.
Good command of English and fluent Polish, enabling effective communication in both local and international environments.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and perform effectively under time pressure. Strong learning agility and readiness to work with modern technologies and innovative technical solutions.
Valid Category B driving license.
