Solution Architect - D365 Migration | Associate Management

Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) to lead the design of integration solutions within a large-scale ERP transformation program. This role will be responsible for defining and governing the integration architecture centered around D365, ensuring smooth connectivity with enterprise systems during the migration from SAP. The ideal candidate combines deep D365 knowledge with strong integration architecture experience and a solid understanding of finance and supply chain processes. Responsibilities Own and design the end-to-end integration architecture for Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Define D365-centric integration patterns (OData, Data Entities, Dual-write, APIs, batch integrations, messaging, EDI) Lead data migration and mapping activities from SAP to D365, including: Master data (customers, vendors, products) Financial and transactional data Ensure optimal use of D365 integration capabilities and best practices Collaborate with business stakeholders (Finance, Supply Chain) to align D365 processes with integration design Prepare and maintain integration specifications and architecture documentation Govern integration implementation using Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, Service Bus, Data Factory) Ensure solutions meet performance, scalability, security, and compliance standards Support testing phases (SIT, UAT, regression) and cutover planning Requirements Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) as a Solution Architect or Technical Architect Hands-on knowledge of D365 integration frameworks (Data Management Framework, OData, custom services, Dual-write) Experience designing integrations using Azure cloud services Solid understanding of finance and supply chain processes in D365 Proven experience in ERP transformations or large-scale implementations Ability to translate business requirements into robust technical architecture Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Nice to have Experience in SAP to Dynamics 365 migration projects Knowledge of middleware and enterprise integration patterns Experience with EDI and external partner integrations Lithuanian language skills

Requirements

• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) as a Solution Architect or Technical Architect

• Hands-on knowledge of D365 integration frameworks (Data Management Framework, OData, custom services, Dual-write)

• Experience designing integrations using Azure cloud services

• Solid understanding of finance and supply chain processes in D365

• Proven experience in ERP transformations or large-scale implementations

• Ability to translate business requirements into robust technical architecture

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
