Solution Architect (React Native / Mobile) | Associate Management

Description

We are seeking a Solution Architect specializing in React Native and mobile technologies to own end-to-end architecture and technical strategy for enterprise-scale mobile applications, starting with an iOS-first delivery approach and extending to Android. The working schedule for this role includes availability until 8:00 PM CET. Responsibilities Own end-to-end mobile architecture and technical strategy across iOS (first release) and Android (to follow) Define engineering standards, design patterns, and architectural guidelines for the mobile team Design scalability, security, and integration approaches, including authentication, CMS, and personalization features Lead technical decision-making processes and conduct architecture reviews Partner with Product, Engineering, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable technical solutions Define technical roadmaps and align architecture decisions with business goals Evaluate and select tools, libraries, and frameworks to support long-term scalability Mentor engineers, fostering adoption of engineering best practices and architectural standards Produce architecture diagrams, integration flows, and technical documentation Identify risks, dependencies, and technical debt, and drive mitigation strategies Support CI/CD strategy and release management for mobile applications Requirements 8+ years of architecture/engineering experience in mobile applications Expertise in mobile architecture for enterprise-scale applications with iOS-first delivery experience Proficiency in React Native, Expo, and TypeScript Knowledge of cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or GCP Experience designing secure authentication flows with Okta or similar identity providers Background in headless CMS integration such as Contentstack and content delivery architectures Experience architecting personalization engines and dynamic content strategies Understanding of iOS and Android platform differences, constraints, and native module integration Knowledge of APIs, integrations, and scalable backend architectures Experience with CI/CD pipeline design for mobile release management Understanding of security, performance, scalability, and maintainability principles at an enterprise level Proven experience as a Solution Architect, Lead Architect, or Principal Engineer for mobile app initiatives, with strong mentorship and technical leadership capabilities

Requirements

• 8+ years of architecture/engineering experience in mobile applications

• Expertise in mobile architecture for enterprise-scale applications with iOS-first delivery experience

• Proficiency in React Native, Expo, and TypeScript

• Knowledge of cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or GCP

• Experience designing secure authentication flows with Okta or similar identity providers

• Background in headless CMS integration such as Contentstack and content delivery architectures

• Experience architecting personalization engines and dynamic content strategies
