Oversee payables and GR/IR processes Monitor timely payments and manage soft-running procedures Resolve disputes and handle correspondence Support audits, tax reporting, and period-end closings Drive process improvements and maintain documentation Develop supplier relationships and post-purchase invoices Motivate team members and monitor performance Represent the team within the organisation At least 3 years of experience in managing teams English language proficiency at minimum C1 level Proficiency in German will be considered an asset. Experience working in a Business Services Center (BSC) environment Over 5 years of experience in a finance department Knowledge and experience in project management Good working knowledge of SAP ERP (preferred) In-depth understanding of STP (Straight Through Processing) processes Strong communication skills University degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field Grow in a dynamic, evolving environment with a role that offers real development opportunities. Responsibilities

• The STP Team Leader is responsible for managing a team and coordinating the Source-to-Pay (STP) workflow. This role oversees accounts payable operations within a designated area, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. The Team Leader also initiates and implements process improvement projects to enhance operational performance. Coordinate team tasks and assign responsibilities.
