Ability to deal well with ambiguity
Programming/data base experience
Experience with Business Process Modelling, UML
Knowledge of Object-Oriented Analysis and Design
Skills and attributes for success
Good analytical, communication and organizational skills (meetings facilitations, ability to align with key stakeholders in Front Office & IT)
Ability to analyse and document processes and flows
Experience with project tracking (e.g. Jira) and knowledge management (e.g. Confluence) tools
Familiarity with Software Architecture, Usability concepts
Skilled in creating, maintaining and managing product backlog (acting as a product owner)
Experience working in international projects in agile / scrum methodology
Your key responsibilities
Understand business needs, define and manage requirements, and communicate them to stakeholders and the development team.
Work with data to analyse issues, propose solutions, and ensure accessibility and quality standards are met.
Support error management, versioning and data-binding processes.
Design and test prototypes of new functionalities and prepare Proofs of Concept for new integrations.
Experiment with alternative technologies and continuously optimize processes by eevaluating new accessibility standards, version management tools, or data integration methods.
To qualify for the role, you must have
2+ years in a corporate IT environment in a similar position
Experience in cooperation with development teams is a must
Good English (B2) language verbal and written communication is a must
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Science, other Technical qualification
