Your profile and qualifications

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred but not required.

  • Certified vocational degrees preferred.

  • At least 1+ year of experience in Welding, Fabrication and/or Assembly experience

  • Lean training/certification is an asset.

  • Expertise in pipe welding (Mig, Pulse, Tig) and ability to pass a 6G test preferred.

  • Proficiency in blueprint reading.

  • Strong understanding of high-spec assembly drawings.

  • Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.

  • Comprehension of safety protocols and procedures.

  • Ability to sit, stand, reach, and walk on concrete surfaces for extended periods.

  • Capacity to lift/carry up to 50 lbs may be required.

  • Sufficient hand, arm, and finger dexterity to operate tools and machinery.

  • Good verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment.

  • Flexibility to work extended hours, including weekends and holidays, if required.
