Within the department of “PMT – Processes, Methods and Tools (TZ)” we thrive to enable our Tech Centers and Delivery Units to deliver complex technologies in time, in budget and in quality. As a central enabler for the product development we provide compliant processes, methods as well as consistent toolchains and stand for continuous process optimization. As a Working Student (m/f/d) – Committee Management & Topic Tracking at CARIAD, you will shape the future of our engineering tool ecosystem. You’ll work at the intersection of technology, strategy, and governance—driving innovation and efficiency across CARIAD and the Volkswagen Group.

WHO YOU ARE
Enrolled student in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Organizational Development, Communications, or a comparable field
Structured, independent, and reliable way of working with a strong sense of ownership
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel); experience with Confluence, Jira, or similar tools is a plus
Interest in corporate steering, governance, and strategic topic coordination
Good communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills
Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Preparation and structuring of committee topics: Support the creation, preparation, and alignment / creation of materials for internal and cross-brand committees
Follow-up on topics and decisions: Systematically document, track, and follow up on open points, decisions, and actions in central tracking tools
Meeting coordination: Assist in planning and organizing committee meetings, including pre- and post-meeting preparation
Cross-functional coordination: Liaise with topic owners, departments, and project teams to ensure timely input and progress tracking
Process improvement: Contribute to the development and optimization of tools and processes for efficient committee and topic management
