Description

We are looking for a Working Student (m/f/d) to join our People Service Delivery West Europe team, covering Netherlands, Belgium, UK and Ireland. In this role, you will support HR Administration & Talent Acquisition, ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience and helping us attract top talent. You will also occasionally contribute to People Service, supporting day-to-day processes across the employee lifecycle. This position is ideal for students who want to gain hands-on experience in an international People environment.

Your profile and qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program, ideally in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field

  • Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and People Service

  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive, structured working style

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Fluent in English (must), Dutch language skills are a significant plus

Your responsibilities and tasks

  • Support the full Talent Acquisition process, including job postings, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and documentation

  • Assist with sourcing activities and market research to identify potential candidates

  • Maintain and update data in our HR tools

  • Collaborate with hiring managers and HR colleagues across the region

  • Contribute to People Service Delivery tasks such as employee data management onboarding and creation of documents within the employee when needed

  • Support ad-hoc HR projects within the People Service Delivery West team
