Description
You will contribute to day-to-day People Services activities, support employee data management, assist with onboarding processes, and help maintain accurate HR documentation and systems. This position is ideal for students who want to gain hands-on experience in an international People Operations environment.

Your profile and qualifications
Currently enrolled for at least another year in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program, ideally in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Strong interest in HR Operations, People Services, or People Experience.
Excellent communication skills and a proactive, structured working style.
Fluent in English (required) and Polish.
Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within an international team.
Your responsibilities and tasks
Support People Service Delivery processes across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and employee data administration.
Maintain and update employee data in HR systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Assist with the preparation and creation of employee documentation (contracts, letters, confirmations, etc.).
Provide administrative support to the People Service Delivery team across the North/East Europe region.
Collaborate with HR colleagues and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of HR processes.
Support employee onboarding coordination and documentation preparation.
Assist with reporting, data management, and documentation updates in HR tools.
Contribute to ad-hoc HR and People Operations projects within the People Service Delivery North/East Europe team.
