Minimum two years of relevant experience in HR or a related field
English language proficiency at B2 level or above
Background in supporting HR functions within technology or commercial organizations
Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments by managing multiple tasks, setting priorities, and meeting deadlines

Basic understanding and practical experience with Polish Labor Law
Familiarity with HR processes such as onboarding, performance management, engagement surveys, and retention initiatives, along with the ability to analyze HR data and metrics
Availability to work from the office at least two days per week in one of our locations: Gdansk, Krakow, Wroclaw, Warsaw, Poznan, or Katowice

Currently we are looking for a People Advisory Specialist. This position centers on providing organizational people management support and implementing people-related processes and programs within specific units. As a Practice/Discipline People Partner, you will assist employees and leaders throughout all EPAM HR processes.
