The opportunity We’re growing our Business Transformation Delivery practice and are looking for experienced Managers who blend project management discipline with human-centered change expertise to help organizations successfully deliver complex, large-scale transformation programs. You will play a key role in turning transformation ambition into tangible results, working in international environments and cross-functional teams to ensure that change is not only well-designed, but effectively delivered, adopted, and sustained. We are seeking an experienced L&D Process Manager with a strong project management background to lead learning and capability transformation initiatives. You will help clients modernize their Learning & Development ecosystems — from strategy and governance to processes, technology, and learner experience — while ensuring structured delivery and measurable impact.

Zakres obowiązków
Lead L&D transformation projects or workstreams end-to-end (planning, scope, RAID, budget, quality).
Design and optimize end-to-end L&D processes (needs analysis, curriculum governance, delivery, evaluation).
Support implementation and adoption of learning platforms (LMS, LXP, skills platforms).
Develop learning operating models, including roles, vendor governance, and service delivery structures.
Define and track learning effectiveness and adoption KPIs.
Facilitate workshops to align learning strategies with workforce and skills priorities.
Apply process improvement methods to streamline L&D operations.
Design training concepts and create learning content (e.g., learning journeys, facilitator guides, participant materials, digital learning assets) tailored to client needs.
Deliver training sessions and workshops (virtual and in-person) for client audiences, including managers and employees.
Wymagania
8–10 years of professional experience, including strong exposure to L&D / capability development transformations.
Solid project management experience in complex, cross-functional initiatives.
Practical knowledge of learning processes, governance, and operating models.
Experience with learning technologies (LMS, LXP, digital learning ecosystems).
Hands-on experience in designing learning content and/or delivering training programs for professional audiences.
Ability to connect learning initiatives with skills, workforce planning, and business strategy.
Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent English (C1+) and Italian (B2+) or German (B2+) or French (B2+) is an asset.
