Wymagania
Degree or equivalent in Chemical Process Engineering or Dairy Process Engineering.
Total Experience of 8-10 years is Filtration / similar applications as process engineer.
Zakres obowiązków
Responsible for process requirements of Filtration Applications for Dairy & Food business from bid-process to aftersales support.
Collect, analyze, and report data from trials for internal and external use (sales, execution etc.).
To provide technical support to sales, projects and customers as required.
To drive continuous improvement within the process and technical product management teams whilst ensuring good quality performance is maintained.
To collect, analyses and report data from trials for internal and external sales use as necessary. Deliver key recommendations for the plant solution or process improvement recommendations.
Detailed Engineering and Commissioning of Filtration Plants for Dairy and Food Applications including NF, RO, UF, MF system,.
Dairy Liquid processing knowledge would be added advantage.
Conceptualization & Preparation of PFD, P&ID’s.
Selection of various Process equipment and probable supplier.
Selection of various flow Components.
Preparation of FDS and various control logics
SAT and FAT of various designed process.
Calculation of Utility requirements such as steam, Chilled water, Process waters etc.
