• Engage in upskilling opportunities in AI and prompt engineering to enhance project impact

• Apply AI tools including natural language processing and GPT to complement process automation and data analysis tasks

• Participate in workshops, presentations and discussions with clients

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders

• Develop detailed process documentation, functional specifications and user stories

• Recommend process improvements by leveraging deep insights from business analysis
