Zakres obowiązków

• Kandydat będzie odpowiedzialny za prowadzenie operacji w Strategic Supply Unit, w tym w Europejskim Centrum Dystrybucji.

• Zarządzanie zgodnością z regulacjami zdrowotnymi, bezpieczeństwa i środowiskowymi.

• Odpowiedzialność za wydajność operacyjną jednostki, w tym bezpieczeństwo, jakość, dostawy i koszty.

• Przygotowywanie rocznego budżetu oraz nadzorowanie postępów w jego realizacji.

• Wpływanie na liderów 3PL w celu poprawy wydajności i kultury bezpieczeństwa.

Qualifications for the role

• 10+ years in EDC/warehouse operations and 3PL management within industrial manufacturing.

• Demonstrated success in contract/SLA governance, performance turnarounds, and continuous improvement with 3PL providers.

• Hands-on experience setting up and/or running modification/CTO operations.

• Strong ERP/WMS/TMS proficiency (SAP preferred); data analytics and KPI management.

• Solid knowledge of EU trade compliance, Incoterms, and logistics regulatory frameworks.

• Proven Lean/CI practitioner, certification a plus.

• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management. English language proficiency allowing for effective communication, and fluent command of Polish is a must.

• Category B driving license and willingness to business travel.

Your role and responsibilities

• Maintaining compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations while monitoring and reporting progress and results.

• Owning the operating performance of the Strategic Supply Unit including EDC and modification workshop: safety, quality, delivery and cost.

• Preparing annual budget, overseeing progress, and determining measures to address cost-related issues as necessary, to manage operations within the allocated budget and resources.

• Ensuring that your own area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed, skilled, and directed.

• Influencing 3PL leaders to drive performance, safety culture, and customer-centric behaviors.

• Ensuring that the organization takes into account an overall value chain perspective to meet customer expectations as per agreed quality, service levels, and lead time.
