Lead planning, execution and delivery across the full project lifecycle
Ensure scope clarity, predictable cadence and quality outcomes
Maintain transparent progress tracking and dependency management
Meet client commitments without reliance on overtime or heroics
Drive continuous improvement within the project
Act as the owner of the project margin model, designing best, expected and worst delivery scenarios
Define explicit assumptions for roles, rates, locations, ramp-up and overhead
Propose viable staffing plans upfront and identify risks with mitigation actions
Maintain accurate forecasts and update based on reality, tracking margin weekly
Own day-to-day staffing decisions within approved boundaries and build sustainable team structures
Flag gaps early, including utilization drift, cost creep and skill shortages
Use cross-skilling and upskilling tactically, working closely with program and resource pools on pipeline planning
Detect early signals of scope creep, utilization decline and productivity drops, escalating proactively before impact
Ensure consistent governance, valid staffing assumptions and alignment with shared practices, tools and cadence
Contribute to turning multiple projects into a repeatable delivery engine
