Major Incident Manager | Senior Analyst

Job Description

• Coordinate high-impact IT incidents to restore services quickly, supporting continuous learning and improving incident response practices

• Lead Bridge Calls, collaborating with cross-functional teams while acting as a proactive learner and achiever under pressure

• Facilitate technical investigations, driving commitment to constant progress in restoring systems and services

• Communicate incident status and impact to stakeholders, demonstrating a forward-thinking and growth-driven mindset

• Contribute to process improvements and global standards, embracing challenges as opportunities for enhancement

• Work on complex IT environments, strengthening your incident management expertise across diverse systems and services

• Collaborate with international stakeholders, gaining exposure to cross-functional teams and business processes

• Develop your skills through challenging scenarios requiring structured problem-solving and decision-making
