We are hiring an End-User Support Engineer to keep employees productive through responsive end-user support and clear communication. You will support Windows endpoints, work with Microsoft Intune, and follow IT service operations best practices. This position requires daily presence at the Krakow office. Responsibilities Deliver technical support to end users onsite and remotely Set up and configure computer hardware, operating systems, printers, and scanners Collaborate with service providers and network engineers on issue resolution Support meeting room technology and maintain related equipment Ensure SLAs and ticket response timelines are achieved Deploy, update, and troubleshoot software applications Resolve incident tickets quickly and accurately Maintain server room operations and coordinate necessary upkeep Arrange and manage cabling for IT equipment Adhere to all IT work instructions and procedures Update and maintain records for hardware inventory Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar technical support role Strong knowledge of network fundamentals plus proven troubleshooting techniques Experience in Windows endpoint administration for day-to-day user support Working knowledge of IT service operations and established best practices Familiarity with Microsoft Intune for device management and support tasks Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing environments Ability to perform effectively under pressure and shifting priorities Readiness to follow instructions from direct supervisors English language proficiency at B1+ (intermediate) level or higher, written and spoken Nice to have University degree or equivalent qualification in a related field Experience supporting MacOS and Linux operating systems Knowledge of remote access tools used for troubleshooting and support
Wymagania
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar technical support role
Strong knowledge of network fundamentals plus proven troubleshooting techniques
