Zakres obowiązków

• Achieving company quality objectives and leading continuous improvement projects (process optimization, internal quality, delivery quality, complaint turnaround time). Managing customer delivery quality, handling customer complaints, and providing support in case of quality issues. Analyzing processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and implementing corrective and preventive actions. Monitoring and analyzing quality KPIs and maintaining achieved performance standards. Participating in new product introduction projects, including quality risk assessment and preparation of quality documentation. Supervising control and testing systems for serial production. Collaborating with suppliers and participating in activities related to the quality of incoming materials and components. Requirements: University degree in electronics, engineering, or quality management. Practical knowledge of problem‑solving methodologies: 8D, 5Why, PDCA, DMAIC. Knowledge of Lean Management tools and principles. Hands-on experience with quality tools such as FMEA, Control Plan, MSA, SPC, APQP/PPAP. Strong command of English, both spoken and written.
