Wymagania
5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP BW and HANA development
SAP BW development: InfoObjects, DataSources, DSOs, Transformations, Process Chains, and Queries
SAP HANA native modeling: Calculation Views, Procedures, CDS Views, and SQLScript
ETL and data pipeline design in SAP environments (BW or HANA)
Expertise in integrating SAP systems like ECC and S/4HANA with third-party tools
Database optimization and performance tuning skills
Familiarity with tools such as Web IDE for SAP HANA and SAP BW/4HANA environments
Experience with Agile collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, ADO)
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Solid foundation in backend and ETL development with SAP systems
The solid knowledge of ABAP programming language to cover appropriate BW activities (extractors development, code optimizations)
Proven ability to optimize large-scale datasets and workflows
Strong collaboration skills and experience working in Agile environments
Manufacturing or engineering domain experience is a plus (e.g., quality assurance, supply chain analytics)

Design, develop, and optimize SAP BW (Business Warehouse) solutions, including InfoObjects, DSOs, Transformations, Process Chains, and Queries
Create SAP HANA native models, including Calculation Views, CDS Views, Stored Procedures, and SQLScript for backend data processing and aggregation
Build scalable data architectures and workflows to support analytics and operational reporting
Develop and maintain ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources (SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, and non-SAP systems)
Collaborate with frontend teams to enable interactive dashboards and real-time reporting in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and other visual tools (e.g., Spotfire)
Ensure high data quality and resolve discrepancies by monitoring data flows and troubleshooting
Optimize data processing performance and scalability for large datasets and complex workflows
Partner with cross-functional teams, including engineers, business analysts, and solution architects, to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions
Work within Agile (SAFe) environments, participating in sprints, planning, and retrospectives
