Who we are looking for

• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field

• Must-have: broad practical experience in HR in large organizations (min. 6 years)

• Must-have: deep understanding of and experience in organizational change management dynamics and practices (min. 4 years)

• Thorough understanding of at least 2 from the following areas: HR Strategy, HR Due Diligence and M&A process from the people perspective, HR Organization Maturity Assessment, HR Process Design, Employee Experience, Talent Management, Compensation Strategies and Plans, HR Shared Services Centre Transformation, HR Project Management

• Experience in core HCM systems and enabling technologies (Workday / SuccessFactors / Oracle HCM / ServiceNow) assessment and implementation would be a strong asset

• Excellent communication skills, written and spoken, in Polish and English languages (C1 level +)

• Maturity to work with senior executives, clients and stakeholders

• Agile and creative mindset when problem solving and troubleshooting

• Change management certification would be beneficial

• EU work permit

Your future role

• Work on challenging projects for top brands: collaborate with some of the world's leading companies within a team of experts, tackling complex challenges that shape industries and drive high-impact solutions.

• Support HR optimization efforts: assist in analyzing and improving HR processes, contributing to the design of more efficient workflows, evaluating HR maturity, and developing tailored service delivery models that align with client goals.

• Deliver change management in transformations: support organizations through complex change efforts, such as technology adoption, reorganizations, and cultural transitions, ensuring smooth implementation and employee engagement.

• Contribute to development of the Human Capital practice: shape fit-for-purpose approaches and methodologies for Deloitte clients.
