About the role

  • The main goal of this new position is to create a dedicated lead for the comprehensive supply strategy of the Smart! program.

  • You will be responsible for securing the broadest and most competitive range of Smart!-eligible offers for Allegro customers globally. Your focus will be on ensuring Smart! remains an essential value proposition for shoppers, while serving as a strategic engine of growth for our merchant partners.

This is the right job for you if:

  • You have a deep understanding of e-commerce mechanisms and loyalty programs.

  • Have proven track record of defining monetization strategies and commercial levers to drive business growth and program saturation.

  • You excel at partnering with Product Managers, translating high-level business needs into technical requirements while maintaining a focus on the overall value proposition.

  • You are a natural communicator who can act as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) and align diverse teams—from Leadership and Marketing to Operations and Tech—towards a shared goal.

  • You have experience in defining and enforcing quality standards (delivery, returns, compliance) in a large-scale ecosystem or marketplace.

  • You are comfortable working with complex data, developing business KPIs, and decomposing output metrics into actionable input drivers.

  • You have experience in driving customer research and analysis to ensure that every feature or business decision translates into real value for both consumers and partners.

  • You have successfully launched or scaled products/services in new market categories or international markets.

  • You have the ability to design and implement partner education or onboarding programs that drive awareness and ensure long-term compliance with platform standards.

  • You are adept at identifying and resolving complex challenges where business vision meets technical feasibility, finding the "golden mean" without compromising on quality.

Zakres obowiązków

  • Driving the saturation of Smart! offers across all markets.

  • Defining and enforcing Smart! requirements for partners and offers, specifically in areas of: quality, delivery methods, returns; across Allegro markets.

  • Expanding Smart! coverage into new categories, eg H&B, Alcohol, and others.

  • Designing and implementing partner education programs to drive awareness and compliance with Smart! standards.

  • Acting as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for Partner requirements related to the Smart! program, for other marketplace initiatives related to Partners.

  • Define the monetization strategy and commercial levers for value propositions.

  • Align with the Product Manager on the product strategy to ensure overall value.

  • Co-create the overall value proposition definition with the Product Manager, outlining business benefits, features, and experiences.

  • Define the value messaging and communication strategy for consumers and partners.

  • Jointly communicate business progress and updates to leadership, marketing, commercial, and operations with the Product Manager.

  • Identify and resolve complex challenges requiring joint problem-solving with the Product Manager regarding business needs versus technical feasibility.

  • Drive shared customer research and analysis with the Product Manager to align product decisions with value.

  • Develop business KPIs and decompose outputs to input metrics.

  • Collaborate with the Product Manager on shared KPIs that measure both business and product performance.

  • Ensure value proposition initiatives are implemented seamlessly by aligning with the Product Manager's product strategy and technical execution.

  • Define and own commercial levers and enablers to maximize the impact of tech-driven solutions.

  • Lead the Value Proposition Management contribution in joint discovery workshops and sync meetings with the Product Manager to ensure continuous alignment and end-to-end ownership.
