Wymagania
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related fields).

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in capital equipment or machinery sales, preferably in separators or related process technologies.

  • Experience in industries such as renewable resources, food & beverage, oleochemical, palm oil chemical, marine, or similar sectors is highly advantageous.

  • Strong leadership capabilities with proven experience coaching or managing salespeople.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

  • Results‑driven mindset with the ability to balance personal sales performance and team leadership.

  • Strong customer‑centric approach and ability to build long‑term partnerships.

Zakres obowiązków
  • Achieve personal sales targets for new separator machines while guiding the team to meet or exceed overall sales objectives.

  • Develop, mentor, and expand the sales team to strengthen market coverage and future business growth.

  • Identify new business opportunities, market segments, and strategic customers to support long‑term revenue expansion.

  • Ensure high‑quality sales proposals that meet customer requirements and reflect GEA’s technical and commercial standards.

  • Oversee accurate, complete, and timely updates of opportunities and activities in the CRM system.

  • Ensure full compliance with GEA’s sales processes, governance, and documentation requirements across the team.

  • Build and maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with customers and key decision makers in relevant industries.

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication, solution‑oriented engagement, and responsive service.

  • Represent GEA professionally in customer meetings, industry events, and technical discussions.
