We are looking for an SAP Manager with deep expertise in SAP CO and PS to lead SAP controlling and project system initiatives. Wymagania

• SAP CO/PS or S/4HANA Finance certifications

• Exposure to Analytics, Group Reporting, or Central Finance

• German language skills

Zakres obowiązków

• In this role, you will lead SAP CO/PS workstreams, guide solution design, and manage project delivery from architecture to deployment. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders, ensure quality across deliverables, and mentor consultants within the team. This position provides exposure to large-scale, multinational transformation programs and opportunities to grow your leadership capabilities.

Wymagania

• Multiple end-to-end SAP CO and PS implementations, including S/4HANA

• Experience managing global or multi-country SAP programs

• Strong finance and project‑driven business process background

• Readiness to participate in SAP Consulting implementation projects with a focus on developing new solutions and expanding system functionalities within the scope of R&D activities.

• Hands-on approach to collaborating with R&D teams to identify and implement best practices and new SAP solutions that may enhance the efficiency of business processes.

• Willingness to report the progress of R&D projects and documenting the results of implementations, as well as post-implementation review.

• Practical, hands-on expertise in designing, testing, and implementing SAP solutions — from workshops and pilots to proof‑of‑concepts and deployment of new or improved system features.
