Relevant professional experience of 2 years in HR or a closely related area
English proficiency at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level or higher
Practical background supporting HR operations in technology or commercial organizations
Ability to prioritize and deliver in a fast-paced setting while handling multiple tasks and deadlines
Flexibility to adjust to continual change and operate effectively in complex, uncertain situations
Excellent interpersonal skills to build trust-based relationships and provide timely, thoughtful advice with a proactive, confident, energetic, optimistic approach
Basic knowledge and hands-on exposure to Polish Labor Law
Familiarity with onboarding, performance management, engagement surveys, and retention initiatives, plus the ability to interpret HR data and metrics
Availability to work from the office at least 2 days per week in Gdansk, Krakow, Wroclaw, Warsaw, Poznan, or Katowice

Partner with Primary People Partners responsible for specific disciplines or practices

You will partner with employees and leaders through EPAM HR processes, working alongside Primary People Partners and stakeholders; apply now.
