  • Relevant professional experience of 2 years in HR or a closely related area

  • English proficiency at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level or higher

  • Practical background supporting HR operations in technology or commercial organizations

  • Ability to prioritize and deliver in a fast-paced setting while handling multiple tasks and deadlines

  • Flexibility to adjust to continual change and operate effectively in complex, uncertain situations

  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build trust-based relationships and provide timely, thoughtful advice with a proactive, confident, energetic, optimistic approach

You will partner with employees and leaders through EPAM HR processes, working alongside Primary People Partners and stakeholders; apply now.
