Description He/She contributes to ensuring the efficiency of the long-term rental and fleet management fleet through the affiliated network during the contractual period. Responsibilities include managing damage repair and maintenance services, monitoring the timing and costs of interventions. He/She liaises with repairers to resolve repair issues and report service disruptions in the assistance network. He/She supports internal clients on technical and service delivery issues. Additionally, He/she collaborates with the operations center to report disruptions in roadside assistance and ensure the expected service levels.
