Wymagania
8+ years of engineering experience in SAP ABAP; Experience working as team leader and mentoring organization structure with 10+ people
Agile (Scrum) development experience with an expert understanding of application and software architecture
Strong ABAP programming skills incl. ABAP OO and Design Patterns
Experience in ABAP for SAP S/4HANA development (CDS, Fiori elements/SmartTemplates, etc.), SAP NetWeaver Gateway, and OData services
Experience in BOPF, BOL, and other ABAP frameworks
Good understanding of ABAP Test Cockpit, ABAP Performance Tuning, Runtime Analysis Tools, and Techniques
Basic understanding of SAP systems functionality with good knowledge of SAP S/4HANA functional areas
Proven ability to work both independently and as a part of the international project team
English proficiency level B2 and higher

Conduct code reviews and develop features based on best software development practices, ensuring clean code and clean design
Monitor applications, troubleshoot issues and resolve bugs
Write technical and user documentation
Cooperate with the team, track its performance and needs
Collaborate with customers and stakeholders on technical topics, provide required metrics to management
Participate in the setup, improvement and implementation of development processes
