Zakres obowiązków
Solving quality-related issues and implementing corrective actions using various quality tools (Ishikawa Diagram, Pareto Chart, 8D), Participating in the preparation of quality documentation (FMEA, Control Plan) and creating as well as updating control instructions, Monitoring, reporting, and analyzing quality indicators, Improving the quality system to meet customer requirements and ensure the highest product quality, Participating in the change implementation process (reviewing changes, verifying the effectiveness of implemented actions), Leading projects aimed at improving scrap or FTQ performance, Conducting internal audits, Providing training sessions for production employees. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment (experience in the automotive or electronics industry is a plus), Higher technical education, Ability to communicate in English, Practical knowledge of quality tools, Ability to work in a team, strong analytical skills, openness to learning and continuous development, Very good command of the MS Office suite.
