About our clientOur client is a global leader in animal health, operating a modern finance hub in Warsaw. The Record to Report team supports multiple international entities and deliver accurate, compliant month end results and high quality inventory/cost accounting. The environment supports teamwork between departments and emphasizes responsibility, growth, and constant refinement of processes.Responsibilities• Own month end close activities across several entities, ensuring accurate postings and on time delivery.• Execute actual costing and prepare/review standard costing in collaboration with Finance, SCM and Master Data.• Prepare and maintain inventory provisions (SMOI/NRV) with robust documentation and controls.• Perform SOX aligned controls and balance sheet reconciliations; address exceptions and drive corrective actions.• Partner with factories and affiliates to ensure inventory movements and costs are fully reflected in financials.• Contribute to RTR process enhancements within a growing Center of Excellence; support broader RTR tasks when needed.Requirements• Solid experience in Inventory Accounting within RTR/General Accounting.• Hands on SAP (or strong ERP background) and practical IFRS knowledge; comfortable with prepayments and month end routines.• Analytical mindset, ownership, and the ability to work independently and professionally in a fast moving, newly built team.• Proficiency in English at minimum B2+ level.• Exposure to cost accounting concepts; experience with SOX controls and inventory related provisions.• Professional qualifications (e.g., ACCA/CIMA/CPA) are an advantage.Offer• Hybrid model and flexible working hours.• Private medical care, Multisport, insurance,• Lunch benefit (400 PLN) and remote work allowance (100 PLN) – both paid with salary,• Annual bonus,• eTutor and cafeteria platform,• 3 volunteer days, theatre discounts, and pet friendly office #LI-DNI #1198606 - Andzelika Pikulinska Our client is a global leader in animal health, operating a modern finance hub in Warsaw.
