Wymagania

• High School or Academic Degree in Logistics (preferable)

• Minimum experience of 2 years in Transport Management (preferable)

• Knowledge of Logistics

• Knowledge of MS Office

• Knowledge of VW systems

• Knowledge in English (mandatory)

• Knowledge in German (is a plus)

Zakres obowiązków

• Request, organize and follow-up urgent transports (Chart, OBC, Airfreight, Truck, Vans etc…) – includes Production and Non-Production Materials

• Permanent contacts with Transport providers, Disposition Analysts and Suppliers to solve problems and clarify transport issues

• Calculate transport costs based on the Volkswagen agreements

• Do the interface between Volkswagen Autoeuropa and Carriers / Suppliers

• Supports invoice issuing and problem solving between Volkswagen and Transports partners

• Analysis of monthly evolutions in costs and volumes
