• Designing, developing, A/B testing and deploying solutions that improve our user journey.

• Working closely with back-end engineers to define and implement API integrations for micro-mobility-related business logic.

• Testing your solutions thoroughly to make sure they meet their intended goals. That involves building meaningful unit tests and working closely with QA testers to cover usual and edge case scenarios.

• Building a deep understanding of our products and of the way they impact the business metrics and end users. Contributing ideas and constructive feedback to our product roadmap.

Our Bolt Engineering teams are building the backbone that powers Bolt’s mobile applications. We’re seeking for a talented Senior Android Engineer to join forces with us and play an important role in shaping our Android platform. As an Android Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying mobile solutions that improve our ride hailing functionality. This role will be part of the Comms & Privacy team, which enables secure rider–driver communication, manages integrations with external partners and ensures full GDPR compliance.All engineers at Bolt have a heavy inclination towards product thinking, so you will get a chance to shape up and drive exciting product initiatives yourself, in partnership with your Product Manager and the rest of the team.
